What to expect

  • Create a list of questions and send them your launch specialist
  • Your specialist will review the questions and set an agenda for the meeting
  • We’ll send you the agenda and a meeting invite that you can share with anyone who would like to join
  • After the meeting you’ll be sent a file that summarizes everything that was discussed

  • Set up within Checkfront: Inventory items, Pricing, Item events, Rules, Discount codes, Uploading media items (if specified), Notifications, Booking page layout, Custom booking form fields, Waivers & documents (if included in plan level)
  • Optional: Follow up training, Follow up project management

What’s not included

  • Website integrations
  • Custom CSS in Checkfront
  • Custom API development work
  • Any work outside of the Checkfront system (such as POS, accounting software, Wordpress, etc)

What to expect

  • You’ll work with a launch specialist to assess needs and create a plan
  • Your launch specialist will completely configure your account for you
  • You’ll receive training and project management if it's part of your package
  • We’ll help you take your account live
  • Once your account is up, you’ll have 24/7 access to the Customer Support team or a dedicated Customer Success Manager if you have an Enterprise Account
