What to expect

• Create a list of questions and send them to your implementation specialist
• Your specialist will review the questions and set an agenda for the meeting
• We’ll send you the agenda and a meeting invite that you can share with anyone who would like to join
• After the meeting, you’ll get a summary of the content we covered in the session(s)

• Your Implementation Specialist will completely configure your account for you
• You’ll receive training and project management if it’s part of your package
• We’ll help you take your account live
• Once your account is up, you’ll have direct access to the Customer Support team or a dedicated Customer Success Manager if you have an Enterprise Account
