  • How is booking volume determined?

    A booking is a single invoice created in the system. It can contain any number of items and or people. A booking volume report is available in your reports to track your usage. Modifying or adding items to an existing booking doesn’t count as an additional booking.

  • What is a staff account?

    Staff accounts are logins to your system. You are able to adjust the level of access each staff has.

  • Is there any software to install?

    Thankfully not. Checkfront is a cloud-based application. It’s always available and can be accessed from anywhere including your smartphone or tablet.

  • How does the free trial work?

    Our free trial allows you to evaluate if Checkfront is a fit for your businesses – no credit card required. The trial account is an unrestricted version of the Soho plan. If you’re happy, you can upgrade your account when ready. If not, no hard feelings.

  • Can I get a discount?
