Items Report

The Bookings by Item report enables you to view a list of your items and the number of bookings/revenue associated with them over a set period of time. To change the date range (last 12 months by default), click on the Date button.

The visible columns are as follows:

Item Name:

This is the name of your item.

Item SKU:

The unique identifier you chose when creating the item.

Item Quantity:

The number of items booked during the reporting period.


Total of any discounts that were applied to the bookings for the item in question.

Gross Sales:

Total revenue generated by the item over the date range selected, not including any discounts that were applied to the bookings.

Net Sales:

Total revenue generated by the item over the date range selected, including any discounts that were applied to the bookings.


Total taxes applied to the bookings of your item. Depending on your local tax requirements, there may be more than one tax column here.


Total amount received from the booking of your item, including any applicable taxes and applied discounts.

By default, the report will show booking data for the past 12 months. You can click on the Date buttons, just below the page title, to manually change the date range. Options include the current month, last 3, 6 or 12 months, all bookings since account activation or a custom date range. By choosing custom, you will be able to enter a start and end date using the drop-down calendars.

You can also view results based on booking creation date, booking start date or booking end date.



Filter By Staff

Your item report can also be filtered to show bookings by a particular staff member. To do that, click on the Staff button to the right of the date range buttons. A drop-down menu will appear from which you can choose the appropriate staff member.

If you’d like to view your item report based on a particular category, you can do so by clicking on the Category button, to the right of the staff button. A drop-down menu will appear from which you can select the category of your choosing. The report will then display only the bookings for items belonging to that category.

Just like the category, you can also filter your report based on item. Click on the Item button to the right of the category one. Select your item from the drop-down menu to display a list of bookings for that item only during the chosen date range.


Of course, it is possible to combine multiple filters into one report. In the example below, we asked for a report showing all the items that were booked in the last 3 months, by “Staff”, in the Kayak Rentals category.



Clicking on the Columns link at the top will enable you to reorder the columns of information shown in your items report.


In addition to this, you can disable a column by unchecking the checkbox next to it. By doing so, the column of information will no longer appear in the report. You can bring back the information by checking the box again.

To reorder the columns, click and hold your cursor over the pattern of dots to the left of the category name. Then, drag the column into the desired position and release the cursor.





You can export your items report using the link in the top right corner.


You are able to enter a name for the report and choose the output format.




Current formats include:

• MS Excel

The report can be saved to your computer, an email or Google Drive.
