Data base for customers who did not book yet or reserve yet, but need to be tracked with notes

It would be nice to be able to track customers who are interested in the event, but have not paid nor reserved. I don't want to remove the seats from inventory like a reserved status. I just want to be able to track notes about an individual with out it affecting the available seats.

    If you were able to collect their information (outside of them creating a pending/reserved booking themselves), you could create a unique status that is *not locked*, see our Statuses documentation:

    "...the Lock option ensures the items in the booking are taken out of your inventory, and not available to be booked by other customers," (read more here https://www.checkfront.com/support/docs/layout/booking-statuses).

    Perhaps you could have an email Call to Action on your site wherein they can create a email to you requesting more information on a show? Once received, you could record their information and keep notes on their unique invoice page. There would have to be an initial booking on the invoice, but depending on the status, it doesn't have to mean that the spot is removed from the inventory.
