Minor changes to the dashboard and deposits

After some great feedback, we've made the following functionality changes to the system.

The Dashboard / Frontdesk will no longer show canceled bookings. You can find this under the booking and transactional reports. We'll add a filter feature in a future release.

If you require a deposit with your booking, we use to also reflect that in the balance due on bookings made from within the admin. Now this is only done when self-service payments are made. Admin bookings will show the full balance due.
