Authorize.net Outage

Hi All,

Around 8am PST July 18th Authorize.net began rejecting transactions.  The outage continued intermittently for two hours, ending around 11am PST.  If you use Authorize.net as a payment gateway, you would not have been able to apply payments internally, and customers would have not been able to pay online.



We do not store credit card details and cannot re-process any of these orders. One option is to check your activity log on Checkfront for any abandoned bookings during this time, and follow up with those customers directly. These will be bookings in a "PRE" booking status.
