Basic Help

Hello Everyone -

I'm new to the software and can't seem to find a way to make these things happen.

One the web side of things. When a room is sold out the calendar should tell the customer in RED that the room is booked until a certain day. On my calendar is just comes back that the rooms are unavailable for all days. The rooms do come up as available for the dates selected. But if your just brousing the calendar to see when a specific room would become available. It shows nothing.

Also I have checked the box to  days from start date.

But one somebody books for 1 night it is still charging them our regular 50% deposit.

Any ideas on how to make a 1 or 2 night reservation pay 100% of the amount?

    Can you please send a message to or use your support link for the first part of your question.  We'd need to look at the actual account and it sounds like their may be a configuration issue there.

    As for the second part, the system will charge the full amount when the start date (arrival), is less that X days from the created date.  It doesn't matter how many day or items are in the order.
