New Support System

Hello,

We have outgrown our support system and this week have transitioned to a new platform (Desk.com).  Please note all open tickets in the old system have been moved over.  No action is required on your part however there may be a minor delay in closing out the existing support queue.

Your ticket history will be unavailable in the support portal for the time being, however you can continue to log requests in the same manor as before. 

The new system will allow us to better monitor response times, prioritize support requests and give us a greater insight into our daily support needs.
