this extension is not available to the zoho account

I am trying to enable the zoho extension but when I enter the account, password and api is says: this extension is not available to the zoho account. Any idea what I am doing wrong?

    The Zoho extension is currently not available to the Checkfront Trial or Soho plan.  Add-ons require the Pro or greater plan.
