Customer Directory - View & Report

Hi, 

In the Customer Directory,
it is currently not possible to
  • display custom fields (attached to customer profile) in the Customer Directory view.
  • export these custom fields

Which reduces greatly the use of the Customer directory, and basically renders the export function to pretty useless…

Can this be fixed ?

    Thanks for chiming in here. I hear you - having custom booking form fields in the Customer Directory would be helpful. I don't wish to add to your frustration with my reply, so I do want to let you know that while we do not have immediate plans to improve the Customer Directory, it's certainly on our radar, and I'll keep your feedback in mind. 

    We are fortunate to have thousands of Checkfront customers, which means that there are hundreds of requests and concerns, just like yours. While we wish we could directly address or solve every single one of them, it's simply not feasible, and we need to prioritize our development efforts to those are most critical, and most widely impactful to our entire customer base. Improvements to the Customer Directory, while valuable and widely applicable to all, is not our focus at this current time.
