CRM Data flow - Salesforce and Zoho

For all customers using Salesforce and Zoho
Currently customer records are tied to a booking. This means data only flows out of Checkfront to the CRM. For manual entries, does anyone in the community have a need for the CRM to be the origin?


  • Hi Grant, using the CRM as the origin would be really useful; in a process where the lead becomes an opportunity and then a booking in the final stage it would be great to send the data to Checkfront.

    In a case where a customer just books online without ever contacting us first then the Checkfront > Salesforce dataflow is fine.  But in most cases, new customers will call or make an enquiry first, meaning that their details are first collected in the CRM.

    Haven't forgotten I owe you some more feedback!
