Booking field for item events

I was originally looking for a way to have a warning box or similar to pop up for certain item events: ie. After certain dates the shower house closes, and I want that to be acknowledged. I couldn't find a way to do that, so I found where you can add a question with a required check box to the booking form.  Unfortunately, you can only attach these to items and not item events.  It is not feasible for me to make new item categories when this is just for a few dates in the year, but I want the reminders/warnings to only show at certain times.  I hope this makes sense. Any ideas?

    Thanks for your question!

    Item event names will only display on invoices if they're for price changes and it wouldn't be a pop-up style.

    I'd suggest creating an item called 'Click here to agree that showers are closed' and set the availability for the date span which showers are closed. Next, attach this item as an optional packaged add-on.

    Then, bookings that span over those dates will display this item in the add-on booking form section and you could even have them 'add' it to the booking for acknowledgement.
