Refunding with gift certificate but code incomplete
I am issuing gift certificates rather than cash refunds but a customer received only a partial code (7 digits) and was unable to book. I had to go into the booking then grab the full code (16 or so digits) to send to her. How can I configure this correctly so the full code and certificate template email goes correctly?
I've read the link here (https://support.checkfront.com/hc/en-us/articles/360006985253-Booking-Details-Transactions-Refunds#refunds) but it does not give any more detail.
