Chat and email integrated.

I have no way to integrate a basic chat function into your system. So I am using chat on zoho, email on outlook and then I have to bring it all over to this system, retype it all, and then email it to myself and then the customers. Its hellish. PLEASE add some way to integrate these services.

    I've done some digging and have found an ongoing Feature-Request for us to integrate with a chat system directly through Checkfront and have attached your account information to the list of requesters.

  • We use Freshdesk as the ticket email system and chat facility - its free for most of the basic functions but would be great if it was linked to Checkfront.
