COVID-19 Venue Capacity

Hi, 

To comply with government regulations I am needing to limit 1 person per 4 square metres. Limiting us to 50 people onsite at any time. 
We sell entry per hour slot for our mini golf. Does anyone know how to create an item that will limit a category's inventory?

    I use a required addon item that is attached, but hidden from the customer reservation. Then I can just adjust the inventory of that item to determine how many timeslots can be booked. It's a little clunky, but it works well especially if you don't need to adjust the inventory quantity often.

    There might be other ways to achieve a similar result as well.
