Hi There, would it be possible when we use a dynamic price discount in our events to show on booking page the rate before discount and after to tell our guests what they are saving? A bit like booking.com does. Thanks
While currently displaying the regular price compared to the discounted value on the customer booking page isn't possible, we do have a feature request which suggests we add this option as well.
I've gone ahead and added your name to the list of requesters for our Product team to take into consideration. Hopefully down the road, we'll be able to include this in a future update.

While I don't currently have an update on when displaying a before/after discounted priced on the booking page may be an option, I have let our Product team know that you're also interested in having this be available!
Same here...and same problem with the invoices (which has been on the list for a long time). The invoice only shows the final price, not the original and the discount...and customers ALWAYS ask. At the moment we can only say "trust us". Not particularly great customer service.. And then if you edit the amount on the invoice for a line item, the Price per unit is no longer displayed.
We'll be looking at making improvements to the overall booking experience in the future and we'll be sure to keep regular vs. discounted price display in mind, including on the invoice.
