Editing Old Invoice

I'm trying to edit an older invoice but Checkfront won't seem to let me do that. The staff member that set up the booking incorrectly applied a discount for a nonprofit, so the full amount $419.52) is still reading as revenue, even though the customer only paid $240. How can I modify an older invoice? Thanks!

    Thanks for your question!

    When you edit an invoice our system will double-check the availability of the item that was booked to prevent overbookings from occurring. However, sometimes this functionality can prevent you from making changes to an invoice if for whatever reason the item has become Unavailable.

    Therefore, I’m going to suggest going to the item that was booked and temporarily set the Default Calendar Status, under the Pricing tab, to Available. From there you should be able to go back to the invoice and apply the necessary changes.
