Discounts not adding up

Hi there, I just noticed that my discounts work perfectly, BUT, if someone makes 2 separate bookings that both benefit of their own (different) discounts, only the first item will have the discount applied.
The second item will still display its discount in the rate, but it does not get applied.
They both work properly on their own.

The problem only seems to happen on multiple bookings.
Is this a bug or am I missing something?
