Automated Email

We use Checkfront to book customers for fly fishing excursions. We have our guides itemized and will assign each guide to the booking invoice. Customers must provide their email to get notifications about their trip; however, I was curious if there was a way to automatically send the customer's information to the guide once they are assigned to the booking? I tried to add contact info to the guide items that's in the system, but I can't seem to figure it out. Just wanted to know if there was a way to automatically send the customer's contact info once the guides are assigned to the booking.
