Inventory notification vs status

A question for clarity:
If I am using inventory notifications to let me (and the clients) know that a tour has reached the required minimum numbers of guests to be "set to go", what is the status that the system reaches before triggering this notification?
Is it "deposit paid" or "balance paid"?  Is it possible to set the required status somewhere?

    Thank you for your question.

    The inventory-based notification will send the notification to any booking involved once it reaches the threshold that you have specified. It will send the notification to both "Deposit" status bookings and "Paid" status bookings.

    At this time, the notifications currently does not have them both to set both a status trigger and an inventory based trigger on a single notification.
