How to nest Filters?

We track Cancellation Reasons.  We have 3 fields to do this:
  1. Cancelled = Yes/No.  Default is No and it is only visible to Staff. And it is defined as a Filter variable.
  2. If Cancelled = Yes, then another field appears to track the Reason. We have several predefined choices. But we can't predefine every possible reason so we have an Other for 1 of the Reasons.  
  3. We then need to be able to pop up another Text field (Other Reason) to enter more text info to describe what the Other Reason is. 
But when I set up the Reason to "Add to Filter List" so we can display the additional Reason code, the Display When fields disappear and now it always shows up in the Create and Edit screen for a booking.

How do I do this?

    Thank you for reaching out to us! Right now Checkfront does not have multi-level Booking Form Field Filtering. At the moment you will have to hide both the "Reason" and "Other Reason" under the "Cancelled" field.

    We're always looking for new ways to improve our services to help your company make the most out of our software!
