Cannot attribute documents

We have liability waivers that our customers sign. When we go to complete a booking, we connect the document to the customer or group so we can easily find their waiver again. When booking a returning customer today, I tried to attribute the waiver to his booking but could not find him. In the documents section, I am able to view his waiver but cannot connect it to the booking.

  • To specify: When I click attribute documents then search for a document, I can find some people but not others even though they signed the same waivers at the same time.
