Item not available

Just getting started with Checkfront and creating a few test bookings. What I'm seeing is that an item (tour) I have as set up as an optional booking to create a package shows as available in terms of dates (dates based on the parent item), but when I click the "Book Now," the tour shows as unavailable, regardless of the date chosen. I must have something set up wrong, but I'm not sure what. 

Similarly, if I go to "New Booking" to book the tour itself, it shows as available. When I click "Available" and the pop up box appears with the "Book Now" tab, it shows as unavailable.

Any ideas? Thanks so much!
