Disconnecting Google Apps domain from previous account


I've been testing Checkfront out for use on a site using the free 14-day trial. After an extended vacation, however, I am finding that my checkfront account is no longer available to access. My first thought was "no problem, it was only test data, I'll just make a new trial account to finish my testing and continue."

Not so. I find that after making a new account (with a similar but different Company ID), the Google Apps integration, which is the crucial feature I was previously testing out, is still linked to the old Company ID and inaccessible using the OpenID login link/function provided via Google.

I am currently trying to get in touch with support, but I fear my free trial account status will exempt me from their assistance.

Does anyone have any advice or perhaps a alternate link to use to access the checkfront Google Apps configuration?
