Security Deposits need a better layout. Creating a security deposit via the recommended way(https://www.checkfront.com/forum/discussion/687/how-to-create-a-security-deposit-cancel-invoice-with-no-refunds) is cumbersome and inefficient. We do so many bookings, that sometimes the security deposit refund does not happen. There are no "flags" to tell us that a client has a security deposit awaiting refund. If I Zero out the deposit after checking that it needs to be refunded and then "refund" the money via transactions, the customer gets an invoice that shows a zero balance on that line, but wonders where it went. Yes, it does show up on the bottom in "transactions", but this is often overlooked. I suggest this issue is looked at and a new way is implemented to help us better manage this critical area.
