Security Deposits

Security Deposits need a better layout.  Creating a security deposit via the recommended way( is cumbersome and inefficient.  We do so many bookings, that sometimes the security deposit refund does not happen.  There are no "flags" to tell us that a client has a security deposit awaiting refund.  If I Zero out the deposit after checking that it needs to be refunded and then "refund" the money via transactions, the customer gets an invoice that shows a zero balance on that line, but wonders where it went.  Yes, it does show up on the bottom in "transactions", but this is often overlooked.  I suggest this issue is looked at and a new way is implemented to help us better manage this critical area.
