WordPress Plugin Not showing Item Events

We have a the Checkfront Wordpress plugin with the Divi theme. We're using the shortcodes to show items from a specific category on separate pages. There has been a recent development where our events for those will disappear seemingly for no reason. The only way to remedy this situation is to manually go to the item/event in Checkfront and update it. What could be causing this?

We have no PHP errors on our server and everything is updated to the latest versions.
