Gift certificate & E-mail feature

It would be great when you cancel a tour to have the option to issue a gift certificate for that reservation.

Another request would be that sometimes we have three guests on one reservation, for example.  It would be great to add in up to three e-mail addresses on one reservation to keep their contact and sign them up for our newsletter.  Is this possible already?

    Thank you for writing in to the Checkfront forums.

    When you cancel a tour, if you go to the "Transactions -> Refund" tab, you will have the option to refund using a Gift Certificate.

    Regarding the multiple contact addresses, we understand that this is a frustration for a lot of customers and are reviewing internally regarding steps to take to improve that area.
