Possible reduced support response times Dec 1 to 3rd - Year-end company event and open house

Hi Folks,

It's that time of year again where almost the entire company will meet up at our Victoria office for connecting with one another and good cheer.  If you follow us on Facebook, you might be aware that we are also hosting an Open House.  We like all of our support staff to attend to planning meetings for 2017 as well as connecting with other members of our team that they haven't seen in a few months or even a year!  

As always our systems team is available 24/7, and priority tickets will be dealt with promptly.

Our support hours and availability will be a little stretched during this time, however, we will have the support team available during business hours (9am-5pm PDT) to answer questions by email.  We will strive as always to tend to your questions as promptly as possible!

Regular support availability resumes Saturday morning.
