Help with Credomatic Payment Gateway

Hi

I need some help regarding connecting to Credomatic. In the e-commerce section to activate the integration it will ask for a Merchant username, Public Key and Private Key , I have already opened an account with Credomatic but there  are no such credentials within their account systems or online banking (I have spoken and gone to the bank several times looking an answer on where to find these credentials and they don't even know who or what CheckFront is)

Could you shed some light on what kind of account or what are these credentials Checkfront requires to activate the integration? What are the merchant username and public key and private key?

Thanks

  • Hi There,

According to Credomatic's manual, you can obtain the keys under their "Sucursal Electrónica" website. From the top menu, go to Merchant → Ecommerce → Key Change. Under this key change, you should be able to find the user, public key, and private key.

This was taken from their old documentation so the UI might have been redesigned since this information. I would check with Credomatic to see where in your account settings can you find this information.

We're currently looking to find this ourselves and we'll keep you updated with any useful information we find.

    Cheers,

  • We are working with BAC Credomatic in Managua right now to get this set up so I am interested in how it works out for you.  They did confirm that they can integrate with CheckFront and I know another company is doing it also. Good luck.
  • Hi There,

    Thanks for posting TurismoCaNica.

We haven't found any new leads as to where in Credomatic's site you can get this from. We'll be sure to let you know once we have more info.
