Restrict Same-Day Reservations

For our tourism business we need a way to restrict day-of (or same-day) bookings - ie it's 4pm and customers can still buy tickets for our 9:30am sailing.  This will be needed when we begin operations in April.

This can bow be done by activating a Cutoff in your rules. At present this is only possible in days, not hours.
