Support Service Interruption

Hi folks,

At Checkfront Support we are keen to give out timely responses to all of our customers writing in for support. Unfortunately, due to a service interruption with our support service provider, our support response time has been delayed this morning.  

We will tend to *all* inquiries and support as swiftly as possible and appreciate your continued patience.

Latest status: 
  • 9.45 am PST: Our Engineering team are still continuing to investigate the root cause of the issue with a critical priority and are also working on application performance tuning to drive performance improvements.. The following services remain disabled: inbound and outbound messages, bulk updates, customer & case merges, Desk Connect, and Support Centers are in read-only mode

We will continue to monitor this issue closely.
