Any Idea on how to manage staff for a big event ?

We have a craft brewery and distillery and use checkfront for our bookings - works great ;-). But we have a group of free lancers that helps out with our big events. I would love to be able to manage/ allocate staff

  • Yes, but since it's a lot different people, having account for each is not a option
  • I also need the ability to assign staff to a booking. The best way to accomplish this for my business would be to have a field for each inventory item where the number of staff needed for that rental is assigned. Then have a staff calendar where the number of staff available each day can be managed.
