CSS Not working in WordPress Child Theme

Hi -

We are using your WordPress Plugin at this site/page: http://warmdirectioninn.com/book-now/

Saw earlier discussion and tried this CSS in child theme style.css file (it is not working):

a.cf-btn-book {
background: #58a4c5;
border-radius: 5px;
padding: 8px 10px 8px 10px !important;
box-shadow: 0 margin: 5px;
border: 1px solid rgba(0,0,0,0.1);
color: #FFFFFF !important;
font-weight: bold;
font-size: 1.2em;
margin: 6px !important;
}

Have also tried to target the element with
.cf-btn-book
.cf-btn-book a

Please advise. Thanks much.

  • Hey Scott,

    You will have to add that CSS code under Manage -> Layout -> Booking Page and by clicking on the CSS Editor button on the left side.

    I hope this helps!

  • Hi Aaaron -

    Just what I needed to know -- thanks. Works fine. Any roadmap plans to extend the ability to make changes within the CMS (in this case within a WordPress theme)?

  • Hi Scott,

    There is no plans on the roadmap for this yet, but we are always looking for ways to improve Checkfront. I will write to our developers about this possible improvement to Checkfront.

    Thanks for the feedback!
