Hi all,

Today Authorize.net has had intermittent issues processing transactions. This may have impacted any Checkfront clients using Authorize.net or Authorize.net CIM.

From Authorize.net:

May 26, 13:45 PDT (Update) - We are currently still troubleshooting the issue. At this time, we have no estimated time frame for when a resolution will be in place.

May 26, 16:32 PDT (Resolved) - The issue affecting transaction processing has now been resolved. If you have further questions, please contact Customer Support.

May 26, 16:32 PDT (Investigating) - We are aware of an issue that is currently affecting the Customer Information Manager (CIM) service for some merchants. We are working to identify the issue as quickly as possible and apologize for any disruption.

Currently CIM (rebilling) is still impacted.

Unfortunately this is on the Authortize.net side, and we're unable to offer up a resolution at this time. For those experiencing extended issues, you can setup Stripe as a backup payment provider relatively quickly. See: https://www.checkfront.com/stripe -- you'll need to disable Authorize.Net till these issues are resolved. Monitor this thread or better yet https://status.authorize.net/

Recent:

May 26, 19:08 PDT (Update) - We are continuing to troubleshoot the issue we are seeing with api.authorize.net.

May 27, 01:51 PDT (Resolved) - The issue has been resolved.
