Who pays for the booking system?
Your guest will pay a booking fee at the time of booking. Our standard fee rate is 5%. However, our sales team will work with you to find the best rate for your business.
How will Checkfront process and collect the booking fee?
Checkfront adds a booking fee to every guest invoice at the time of booking. Stripe will process the payment with their standard processing fees. There are no hidden or surprise costs at the end of the month.
What is the commitment?
Flex comes with a one year contract term.
Can I switch to a flat subscription later?
You can switch to a flat subscription at the end of the contract term, or continue with Flex —whatever suits your business best.
