Checkfront is seeking self-motivated Customer Success Account Advocates to engage with new and existing customers of our popular cloud-based booking and e-commerce application. Checkfront encourages a work-life balance, aligning staff with goals that are mutually beneficial.
Our Account Advocates present introductory coaching calls to new customers and monitor the customer’s account health, proactively reaching out when we see the need. We work closely with our stellar support and product teams to foster positive results for our customers.
Preferred candidates for this position will demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, good technical knowledge of SaaS environments with past customer service/technical support experience, and be excited to help our customers succeed.
