Booking management is often a business critical operation, Checkfront understands the requirement for high-availability and a responsive application. The latest in cloud based technologies are utilized to deliver unmatched application scalability, performance and availability.
Checkfront is a platform built on a decentralized network of geographically diverse servers. This means there is no single point of failure. Upon request customers are placed on the network closest to them to minimize network related problems, and provide optional application load times.
Current point-of-presence include:
- East coast US (Newark, NJ).
- West coast US (Fresno, CA).
- Central US, (Dallas TX).
- Western Europe (London).
- South Pacific (New Zealand).
- Central Canada (Toronto, On).
In the event of scheduled maintenance, an outage or extended network problems, we have the ability to instantly route traffic to a new location while the problem is resolved.
Please note that all trial accounts operate out of US / West. When your account is upgraded we move it to the closest available network. You may also specifically request a location at that time.

Protecting your data
Within each node, every account operates in a secure restricted environment. Data is secured in a virtual-private database, meaning the performance and integrity of your database is maintained independent to other members on the system.
Checfront does not store credit card details, and we never share your data, for any purpose.
Backups
Each account includes daily offside backups, and hourly snapshots. Backups are kept on rotation for 3 weeks, longer on request.
