Hi, thanks.  Well I run schools and a holiday club.  If a parent buys a term of tuition, they should only be able to buy it on the day it starts or at another predefined point, 1 month in, 2 months in etc.  I also run holiday clubs.  These are sold on a sessional basis, 1 session = 1 day.  If they book for one child, surely they should not be able to book the same day again by mistake?  Having said this, I'm also unsure how to deal with a parent wishing to book two children on the same day?  They would need to book a two of the same sessions.  Problem!  I also need to run reports to show attendence levels acurrately for any given day, is this possible?  And would the details work if two children were on the same invoice?  Thanks for your help.  I've spent an age looking at booking systems and Checkfront is ahead of the game I think, though your documentation is not full enough and does not have enough real examples.
