Edit booking (update)
  • We have made some minor changes when it comes to editing bookings.  Depending on your system setup, changing the dates of an item in an existing booking would sometimes incorrectly say the item was unavailable.  We've made this logic more robust to deal with different rule and event setups.

    Please note the item dropdown of available items will only show available items of the same kind.  In the case you are mixing item types, say daily and nightly items, you can only change it to another item of the same type.  You would otherwise remove and add a new item.

  • Booking Statuses Problem

    Hi,

    I am running into a problem with the booking status. If I change the booking status to Paid using the "booking status" button, rather than the "add payment" button, I get the following two errors:
    1) It blocks the use of the "add payment" button, even after I revert the status to "reserved"
    2) Even though it registers in the amount paid in the booking receipt, it does not register this revenue in the reports.

  • You should use one or the other.  That is, click on Add Payment and supply the amount, OR change the status to PAID.  The preferred method is to click on add payment so a transaction gets recorded.  

    That said, if you change the status back to Reserved refreshing the page will give you the option to re-add a payment.
