Just a feature request - because this is the thing keeping me from diving in to checkfront headfirst.  It appears to be a standard of the "big players" of the hospitality PMS game, but not so much supported by the small guys.  Once something with the simplicity of checkfront has it I'm sure it will become a de-facto standard.

PCI-DSS compliance so you can store and process credit card data!  We, like many other properties, charge a deposit, followed by the rest 60 days before the booking date.  And sending people offsite when it's authorize.net as the payment processor is just kind of tacky.  Also, we like to auth $800 upon check-in and release it upon check-out for any incidentals, damages, etc.  As a vacation rental property with 8 units these huge, overblown PMSystems are just too much for us.  They are complex and have designs like they're created in access 2000.  Checkfront is beautiful like a poem in it's simplicity and UI.  We are a mac and iPad property and it would be awesome to have a web based system like checkfront that we could use.  Unfortunately for us having to rely on the fact that we're going to get the credit card number a second time for a booking makes checkfront unuseable for our purposes.  I do however hope that you soon integrate real credit card storage and processing, as well as the ability to charge for and track incidentals on the same folio.  I know you are a rental system in general not just a hospitality system, but it is sooo close to hitting the home run!
